一、詐騙集團收集民眾個人資料，手段與花樣繁多，敬請同仁們謹慎判斷。

二、透過網路詐取資料是常見手法之一，以下信件經常會出現在同仁們的信箱，
    請勿理會。

 We are currrently upgrading our database and all account need 
 to be verified.To complete your account activation with us, you 
 are required to reply to this message and enter correctly the 
 informations that is required from you. 
 Fill in your password in the space provided (********) 
 You are required to reply to this e-mail within the next 48 hours. 
 Failure to get back to us, your e-mail account will be 
 de-activated from our database. 
 
 Full Name: 
 LDAP Account: 
 Password:

三、詐騙集團會以事態嚴重、時間緊迫、違反法律等理由，讓詐欺對象心生
    害怕，失去戒心，然後就任其擺佈。請注意下面的說明，了解資訊單位
    處理事情方法，會有助於判斷情勢之真偽。

    資訊單位管理的硬體或系統若真的受損，至使用者資料流失，在處理程
    序上是：
    1.重建使用者帳號
    2.以亂數產生新密碼
    3.通知使用者新密碼
    4.使用者以新密碼登錄進來，再自行重新設定習慣的密碼

    注意：
    1.沒有一個正派經營的單位，會主動索取使用者密碼。無論是測試或任
      何的原因。只要，有人問你帳號及密碼，絕對是詐欺行為。
    2.當我們有使用上的問題，到資訊單位求助。處理上，也是請使用者自
      行輸入帳號、密碼，不會假手他人代勞。
